Cover Personalization Submission Guidelines

Guidelines for Front Cover Personalization (visible through cover window) are as follows:

All submitted artwork should be black and white. Images and any submitted type should be clear and sharp; this also includes school logos.
Artwork with halftones (artwork with grayscales), gradients (fades from one color or white to another color), and color logos will not reproduce
well in black and white and are unsuitable for reproduction (see examples below). Submitted school logos should be at or larger than the
intended size for reproduction, preferably as large as possible on an 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of paper. We will shrink logos to fit inside
personalization window when necessary. Please note actual size of window in both 8 1/2” x 11” and 6” x 9”covers, as shown below.
